In 2009, a catastrophic event shifted my role from a stay-at-home mom to a job seeker focused on securing insurance coverage and helping my three teenage children through college. Confronting my deepest fears, I tapped into inner fortitude, persevered with determination, and emerged stronger. This journey led to meaningful Conversations Beyond Borders, particularly with other empty nesters navigating similar transitions.
About 10 years before this, I began a daily gratitude practice. This simple health and wellness routine unexpectedly gave me the mindset and strength to navigate and overcome that life-altering event, forming an invaluable foundation for my growth and resilience. It also fostered self-connection, which is essential for midlife women facing new challenges.
As a Martha Beck Trained Life Coach emerging stronger from adversity, I'm committed to supporting others in similar experiences. Through my work, I aim to empower individuals by providing tools and resources to cultivate resilience and gratitude, helping them navigate relationships and challenges with greater ease and confidence. I also share insights through my podcast, where we explore these themes further.
